Pearl Continental Karachi — Grand Lobby

Pearl Continental Karachi approached Light House with a challenge familiar to heritage properties: the lobby's original chandelier-driven lighting felt dated, uneven, and disconnected from the hotel's positioning as a five-star destination.

The brief called for a complete lighting system that would preserve the sense of grandeur appropriate to a landmark hotel, while introducing layered, adjustable illumination to support everything from check-in queues and casual meetings to evening reception events.

The result is a 148-fixture installation spanning six distinct fixture types — from the sweeping 3.2-metre cascading chandelier that anchors the main atrium, to the individually contoured accent spots highlighting the lobby's collection of Pakistani art.
